Garden recording studio and live room

Design of both a control room and live room in the back garden of a residential property. The recording studio would need to be sunk into the ground to reduce the overall height of the recording studio so that it would not cause further issues with the council planners.

The studio also needed to have extensive soundproofing to allow it to operate during the evening when the external ambient sound level was considerable lower. This restricted the available room ratios from an acoustic point of view.
